For a monthly fee starting from £1,500 p/m, we provide businesses a tailored suite of the following services:

Overall

We manage the artist’s social media presence, growth and audience building across 4 priority platforms (recommended Instagram,TikTok,YouTube,Facebook)

Social Media Audit

We create a 60-70 page deep dive social audit, providing past 3 months stats and insights across audience demographic, admin optimisation and content strategy recommendations across 7 social platforms.

Creative Content Ideas

We generate and share a constant stream of creative and relevant content ideas to pitch to the artist and team, then plotting these into the release schedule, ensuring everything looks and feels cohesive with the artist’s authentic voice, branding and audience

Social Media Strategy

We lead the overall social media strategy, ensuring alignment with wider campaign goals across branding, audience development, releases, tours, sales and other objectives

Social Schedule

We take ownership of the artist’s social schedule, building and updating this around releases and key events and ensuring alignment with the artist and team’s objectives and posting and scheduling on behalf of the artist

Video Editing

We manage basic video editing where required across CapCut and in-app editing features for reels, TikTok and YT shorts content, including cropping videos and adding on-screen captions if needed

Copywriting & Captions

We write and edit suggested copy for on-screen and off-screen video captions as well as captioning for static content such as carousels, learning and adopting the artist’s tone of voice

Liaising with Team

We liaise with the artist team and directly with the artist where relevant to confirm content and posting schedule requirements, keeping on top of the artist with chasers as needed

Community Management

We engage with the artist’s audience in community spaces such as comment sections and broadcast channels, keeping in line artist tone of voice and unique relationship with fanbase

Profile Optimisation

We optimise the artist’s profiles across platforms to ensure maximum utilisation of key features such as pinned posts, highlight reels, song features, bio sections, cross-posting and story uploads + keeping the team up to date with new social features as they rollout

Reporting

We provide monthly stat reports with key growth figures behind the artist’s content & socials to constantly be improving the future strategy.

Campaign Management

We lead and support on marketing strategy, planning and execution for the artist’s single/EP/Album campaign, managing plans across all promotional channels including social, digital, PR, influencer, radio & OOH.

Team Creation & Comms

We source, onboard, and then manage all strategy and communication with the wider team supporting the campaign, be that external suppliers such as publicists, radio pluggers, graphic designers, social media managers, influencer agencies, music directors and any other third party partners.

Social Analysis

We conduct social listening, taking a deep dive into the artists’ social media presence and audience, using data to inform and advise on best practice and future strategy.

Social Media Strategy

We pitch creative content ideas for the artist’s release plan, keeping latest social trends and topics at the forefront of all strategy.

We design the day-to-day social rollout plan surrounding the release, plotting ideas, content, copy and formats across all channels.

Asset Creation

We lead and support the creative direction of assets, sourcing and managing top level creatives from photographers and editors, to designers, animators and directors.

We manage the creative process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of promotional materials (artwork, animations, music videos, press shots) in line with branding objectives and artist positioning.

Digital Ad Buying

We manage the artist’s digital advertising campaign, employing best practices to ensure cost effective plans that drive engagement and conversions via a personalised strategy per release, in partnership with a third party partner.

OOH Management

We manage the artist’s overall OOH/outdoor campaign, planning across all forms of physical marketing including but not limited to posters, billboards, digital screens, pop-ups and in-person stunts, in partnership with a third party partner.

Creative Solutions

We brainstorm a constant stream of creative solutions to take the success of the artist campaign to the next level, pitching ideas across content, partnerships, design and activation opportunities per release We then strategise, plan and execute to make the selected ideas a reality

Updates and Reporting

We deliver campaign updates where relevant on a weekly/bi-weekly basis; including updates on social growth, new PR, TV & Radio coverage, and key campaign information such as timeline changes, new release dates and anything else relevant to our key shareholders.

Budget Management

We create and manage the marketing budget for the artist’s campaign, advising on allocation per category and tracking and reporting spend across all categories including promotion, advertising, content, outdoor and more.
