We generate and share a constant stream of creative and relevant content ideas to pitch to the artist and team, then plotting these into the release schedule, ensuring everything looks and feels cohesive with the artist’s authentic voice, branding and audience

We take ownership of the artist’s social schedule, building and updating this around releases and key events and ensuring alignment with the artist and team’s objectives and posting and scheduling on behalf of the artist
We manage basic video editing where required across CapCut and in-app editing features for reels, TikTok and YT shorts content, including cropping videos and adding on-screen captions if needed
We write and edit suggested copy for on-screen and off-screen video captions as well as captioning for static content such as carousels, learning and adopting the artist’s tone of voice
We liaise with the artist team and directly with the artist where relevant to confirm content and posting schedule requirements, keeping on top of the artist with chasers as needed
We engage with the artist’s audience in community spaces such as comment sections and broadcast channels, keeping in line artist tone of voice and unique relationship with fanbase

We lead and support the creative direction of assets, sourcing and managing top level creatives from photographers and editors, to designers, animators and directors.
We manage the creative process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of promotional materials (artwork, animations, music videos, press shots) in line with branding objectives and artist positioning.
