Our Founder

Align Agency was born out of a need for better fitted, more precise and dedicated marketing services that are invested in the success of female artists in the music industry.

We specialise in managing end-to-end marketing and social campaigns for female artists and their teams.

We also provide 1:1 artist consultancy sessions to help female artists level-up on all things music marketing.
We exist to deliver authentic, memorable and meaningful storytelling for our artists that will resonate with diverse audiences, drive growth and build loyal and long-lasting connections with global fan-bases in the process.
Our mission is to champion female artists and help amplify their voice, music and message and brand on a global scale.
Our founder Tahnee, is a music marketing specialist with 6+ years experience working with globally renowned businesses such as Sony Music, Live Nation, Warner and Disney.

Our artist 1:1 sessions are 1 hour calls for female artists, hosted by Align Agency founder, Tahnee Shakerley.
